1 Sample Policy

We offer product samples to qualified B2B buyers prior to placing a bulk order.

• Sample cost: Charged at actual cost price (fruit + domestic packing). International freight is borne by the buyer.
• Sample fee credit: If a full container (FCL) order is placed within 90 days of sample receipt, the sample cost will be fully credited against the invoice of the first bulk order.
• To request a sample, please contact us via export@shinemango.com or WhatsApp with your destination country and preferred caliber grade.

2 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

The minimum order quantity for bulk export is 1 × 40ft High-Cube Reefer Container (FCL), approximately 18–20 metric tonnes depending on packaging type. Mixed caliber grades within one container are available upon request.

3 Payment Terms

• Standard (new buyers): T/T — 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading.
• Established buyers: L/C at sight or other terms negotiable for orders of 3+ FCL per season.
• All payments in USD. Bank charges outside China are borne by the buyer.

4 Incoterms & Port of Loading

• Default term: FOB Shenzhen Port, China.
• CIF available: CIF pricing to major destination ports (Singapore, Dubai, Rotterdam, Hong Kong, etc.) is available upon request.
• All export documentation — Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Packing List, Commercial Invoice — provided with every shipment.

5 Quality Standards & Claim Procedure

All shipments comply with Global GAP and ISO 9001:2015 standards. Brix level, caliber grade, and skin condition are verified at packing and documented in the inspection report provided with each container.

• Claim window: Quality disputes must be raised within 24 hours of arrival at the destination port.
• Required documentation: Photographic evidence of the full pallet and affected cartons, cold-chain temperature log from the receiving port, and an independent inspection report where available.
• Claims submitted outside the 24-hour window or without supporting documentation cannot be accepted.

6 General

• Information on this website is for reference only and does not constitute a binding commercial offer. Final pricing and specifications are confirmed in the signed Sales Contract.
• Shine Mango reserves the right to decline orders during force majeure events including severe weather, crop failure, or government-imposed export restrictions.
• Disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, with jurisdiction in Panzhihua City, Sichuan.
