SHINEMANGO - KEITT OFFER COMPARISON WORKSHEET Updated 4 October 2026 Compare two actual offers against one agreed receiving requirement. This blank worksheet is a working record, not a quotation or a guarantee. The companion XLSX adds guarded formulas: keitt-offer-comparison.xlsx. 1. COMMON BUYER REQUIREMENT Specification reference / version: Fresh whole fruit variety and preferred appearance: Fruit weight / count, maturity, firmness and defect limits: Acceptable pack formats, protection, labels and handling requirements: Common cost comparison point (named place and included stages): Required arrival window: Total order quantity: Quantity basis (net fruit kg / gross order kg / number of packs): Common currency (three-letter code): Stages, services and taxes to include in the comparison: Inspection, sampling and acceptance arrangements: Do not treat a commercial MOQ as a confirmed net-fruit quantity. Record the actual order basis. A comparison point is not automatically the contractual handover or risk-transfer point. 2. THE TWO OFFERS Field | OFFER A | OFFER B Supplier / business entity | | Quotation reference | | Source file or URL | | Quotation date / valid until | | Growing origin / lot or source reference | | Handling location and actual stages | | Harvest, supply and arrival dates offered | | Offered variety and appearance | | Offered fruit / pack specification | | Pack material, count, protection and labels | | Quoted currency | | Actual named handover point | | Risk-transfer point / responsibilities | | Trade term and rule version, if used | | Costs and services already included | | Confirmed net fruit kg per pack | | Quoted charge per pack | | Confirmed packs in this quoted order | | One consistent pack format in calculation? | | Documents / inspection evidence available | | Actual inspection point / sampling / limits | | Payment stages and quality-issue process | | Leave trade terms blank unless the actual offer states them. Retain the named place and rule version where used; an abbreviation alone is not a matched scope. Use confirmed NET FRUIT kg, excluding packaging. Do not use gross pack weight, an unverified average, or a pack count inferred from the MOQ. For an order with mixed pack sizes or formats, compare each format separately or request a matched calculation basis from the supplier. Do not invent an average net pack weight. 3. ADDITIONAL BUYER COSTS Record only charges still payable by the buyer to reach the common comparison point. Use the same currency throughout. Never add a fee already in the quote. Each amount must have either a PER-PACK or WHOLE-ORDER basis. Enter it once. Category | Basis | OFFER A | OFFER B Extra transport / collection | per pack | | Extra transport / collection | whole order | | Documents / inspection | per pack | | Documents / inspection | whole order | | Clearance / nonrecoverable tax | per pack | | Clearance / nonrecoverable tax | whole order | | Other extra buyer costs | per pack | | Other extra buyer costs | whole order | | Cost evidence / notes for confirmed zero or included charges: OFFER A: OFFER B: Unknown costs stay blank. Use 0 only after confirming that no additional buyer charge applies, including items already included or not applicable. Both the per-pack and whole-order rows must be reviewed. Do not count the same charge in both rows. Include the detail behind combined "other" costs. 4. CALCULATIONS For each offer, use: P = quoted charge per pack, including whatever that quotation covers W = confirmed net fruit kg per pack, excluding packaging E = sum of confirmed additional buyer costs PER PACK T = sum of confirmed additional buyer costs for the WHOLE QUOTED ORDER N = independently confirmed number of packs in that quoted order Quote charge per net fruit kg = P / W This rate still contains the packing, handling and services bundled in P. Do not call it a pure fruit-only price. It is not yet a complete comparable cost. Additional whole-order costs per pack = T / N If T is confirmed zero, this allocation is zero and N is not needed for the per-kg calculation. If T is positive, N must be known, positive and a whole number. Blank or unknown T is not zero. Cost to the common point per net fruit kg = (P + E + T / N) / W Only calculate this complete cost when P and W are valid positive numbers, extra costs are complete, the pack basis is consistent, and the common specification, currency, comparison point and included scope are confirmed. The lower complete-cost calculation must also stay blank when these inputs are missing or unmatched. Missing information means "not ready", not 0. 5. COMPARISON GATE Review separately for each offer (Yes / No / Unknown): Field | OFFER A | OFFER B Matches common fruit and packing requirement| | Matches quantity basis and arrival window | | Net fruit weight is confirmed | | One consistent pack format is used | | Costs reach the common comparison point | | All extra costs known, with no duplicates | | Same currency is used throughout | | Only compare costs when BOTH offers meet the common basis and all cost inputs are complete. Differences in quoted handover points must be reconciled to the same final comparison point and scope. Risk-transfer terms remain a separate contractual matter; adding transport cost does not change them. Completed comparable cost per net fruit kg - OFFER A: Completed comparable cost per net fruit kg - OFFER B: Difference = Offer B less Offer A: A negative difference means B has a lower calculated cost at the common point. It does not automatically make B the better supplier or quality choice. Cost readiness does not verify product quality or approve supplier documents. Keep the actual inspection point separate from both the common cost comparison point and the contractual handover / risk-transfer point. 6. INFORMATION STILL NEEDED Unmatched specification or commercial terms: Unknown cost, weight or pack-count inputs: What a sample or inspection must establish: Next action / owner / date: This worksheet does not calculate FX conversion, later losses, fresh-cut yield, financing, sale price, margin or remaining shelf life. Keep those decisions and their actual evidence separate. Retain quote validity and source records. export@shinemango.com WhatsApp +86 188 2995 5651 https://www.shinemango.com/products/keitt-mango.html
